We do not print on customer supplied paper or envelopes.

Price breaks do not apply to orders split across several deliveries/locations.

Fees:

Small Order (less than $50):

Setup: $10.00

Make crops/bleeds: $15.00

$2.50 digital file handling fee (over 2,000 files $1.50 each)

Faxing: $1.50/page

Finishing:

For orders split into separate quantities/packages; $1.00 per shrink wrapped package, $3.00 per boxed package. 

Numbering (Forms): $35

Tabbing/Wafer Seal Setup: $15

Tabbing/Wafer Seal Per Piece: $0.10

Insert/Sealing Envelopes Per Piece: $0.15

NCR Finishing: Wrap around cover: $15.00 set up + $4.00 each book

Padding:

Setup: $7.50

Per pad with chipboard: $0.70

Stapling:

Hand stapling: $0.05

Proofs:

Digital: Free

Hard Copy: $20.00 First round + $10 each additional round

Vinyl Fees:

Printing Cost: Need to Quote

Weeding/Transfer Fee: $40.00

Installation: $40.00 Minimum, $4.00 per sqft over

Travel: $40.00 Minimum, $60/hr over

Delivery/Freight Fees:

Anything under $150: $15.00

Free Freight on orders above $150 when freight fee is less than $50

The same item shipping to multiple locations are multiple orders and subject to a $15.00/location shipping charge.

Rush: $27.00

24-hr production rush (select products only): 20% surcharge

We do not provide free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska on orders over $100
