Production Turnaround Times:
Every job at Snappy Print starts with a production window — the time it takes to print, finish, and have your order ready for pickup or shipping. Turnaround time begins once your order is placed and your print-ready artwork is approved. Here's what to expect:
Our standard window covers most jobs. Actual production time varies by product type and order complexity — we'll confirm your estimated ready date when your order is placed.
When you truly need it tomorrow, we'll make it happen. Rush orders require same-day artwork approval and must be placed before our daily cutoff. Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.
A few things to keep in mind
- Daily cutoff for Rush orders is 12:00 PM (noon) CST. Orders placed or approved after noon will begin production the following business day.
- Artwork approval is required before your turnaround clock starts. For rush orders, we need your files approved the same day your order is placed — delays in artwork approval will push your ready date back accordingly.
- Rush turnarounds are not available on all product types. Specialty items, large-format jobs, and orders with custom finishing may require additional production time. Not sure if your job qualifies? Just ask — we're happy to check before you commit.
- Turnaround times reflect production time only and do not include shipping transit time for delivered orders.
- Rush surcharges are non-refundable once production has begun.

$2.50 digital file handling fee (over 2,000 files $1.50 each)

For orders split into separate quantities/packages; $1.00 per shrink wrapped package, $3.00 per boxed package.

NCR Finishing: Wrap around cover: $25.00 set up + $6.00 each book
